General Manager position with full-time responsibilities for store operations during assigned shift, including policy adherence, cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Role requires leading by example and ensuring 100% compliance with all policies and procedures by self and crew.

• Operate all store equipment and manage stock from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and standards, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Provide on-the-job training; orientation and training provided.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used); make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination for precise movements; enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather when outside tasks are performed; in-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+ depending on area.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Auditory and visual demands; ability to differentiate temperatures; ability to direct activities, work under stress, and meet quality standards.

• Standing for long periods; walking on ceramic tile and linoleum; work surface heights between 36" and 48".
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds; carrying and pushing/pulling of heavy items; occasional climbing of stairs or ladder; reaching above shoulder height.
• Manual dexterity for dough handling, pizza prep tools, and other kitchen tasks; use of computers and other devices.

• Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers/door hangers; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
• Navigational skills to locate addresses within delivery area; ability to carry product through various delivery environments.
