Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology.

Location:

Market - SS - TX - Humble (Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average).

Job Type: Per Required Need.

Schedule:

Work Monday–Friday;
Weekends are not required.

Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

  • Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
  • Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
  • Following planograms and client‑specific directives

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours) and keep availability updated.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed to contribute to team success.
  • Submit accurate timecards, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Schedule and plan hours and locations that may vary week to week, including evenings and holidays based on store/client requirements.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Follow all directives and execute duties fully and completely.
  • Work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, communicate and drive solutions, and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and field representatives, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company.
  • Set a high standard for behavior, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring transparent, respectful communication with all team members.
  • Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved upon according to established field KPIs.
  • Be open to providing and receiving feedback.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Monday through Friday availability; weekends, holidays, early morning, and late night as needed; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, app usage, and internet connectivity.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not required.
  • Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
  • Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated timeframe.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
  • Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills, sound judgment, problem‑solving ability; work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
