Overview

Job Type: Regular Work (part‑time 20 hours per week).

Location:

Best Buy 255 – Humble, TX 77338. Pay: $20.50 per hour.

Schedule

Friday to Sunday: 20 hours (Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm). Additional shifts in November and December for key customer shopping days.

About the Role

Assist retail shoppers by recommending Meta products and providing a high‑quality, interactive shopping experience. Serve as the go‑to resource for customers seeking information about Meta’s products, and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Recommend Meta products (AR/VR headsets, accessories, etc.) to meet customers’ needs.
  • Demonstrate devices and explain benefits in fitness, gaming, and entertainment.
  • Build trust and confidently close sales.
  • Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and build positive relationships with customers and store staff.
  • Maintain displays: keep Meta devices and promotions clean, organized, and appealing.
  • Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Use mobile devices to track interactions, feedback, and sales; submit daily reports.
  • Adhere to operational policies, store hierarchies, and transportation requirements.
  • Participate in scheduled weekend shifts; be available for up to three weekday shifts at any time.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred).
  • Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and up to three weekday shifts.
  • Own a smartphone (iOS 13+ or Android 10+) compatible with iPhone

  • Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 20lbs, and use fine manipulation.
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
