Job Description

Post Net is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position with an emphasis on front counter customer service and mail sorting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process shipping orders Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, USPS
Sort and distribute mail for private mailbox customers
Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom
Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
Assist with basic printing and document services
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized

Qualifications

Entry-level – no experience required, training provided
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Requirements

Must be available Monday through Saturday
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs packages and boxes
