Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will create a warm, authentic, and energetic experience for all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

• Drive sales and build lasting relationships by hitting targets and connecting with customers.
• Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Enhance your skills through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
• Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

• Enthusiasm for customer service; retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented; comfortable using technology for transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable; resilient in fast‑paced environments and eager to learn.

Employee pay is based on experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements.
