2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists.
Job Information- Job Type: Regular (part‑time)
- Location: Best Buy 255 - Humble, TX 77338
- Pay: $20.50 per hour
- Schedule: 20 hours per week, Friday 4:00 pm–8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am–7:00 pm

Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products and provide an engaging shopping experience. Build relationships, train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. The team provides all technology training.
Key Responsibilities- Become a Meta Master:
Learn about Meta’s AR/VR headsets, accessories, and more. - Engage customers and demonstrate products, showing how they improve fitness, gaming, entertainment, and daily life.
- Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the right product.
- Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally and foster positive relationships with customers and store staff.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Maintain clean, organized displays and showcase the latest devices and promotions.
- Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Use technology to track customer interactions, feedback, and sales; submit daily electronic reports via mobile device.
- Follow a consistent weekend schedule (Friday – Sunday shifts). Availability for up to three weekday shifts is required.
- Respect local retail store environments, policies, and hierarchies while representing 2020 Companies.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
- Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and secure sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three weekday shifts.
- Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 operating system.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs with hand‑eye coordination.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
