Customer Service Representative Part Time

Role Overview

Customer Service Representative at K&G Fashion Superstore.

• Handle customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions following standard procedures.
• Secure cash and negotiable documents.
• Incorporate suggestive selling techniques and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery and housekeeping.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge, POS instructions, promotions and advertisements.

• Customer service culture and desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well and consult with associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder and see fabric patterns and color differences.

• Competitive hourly rate $13.00 - $16.25.
