Crew Member; Afternoon

Position

Crew Member – Full‑time

• Greet customers and create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Perform cashier duties such as scanning items, bagging merchandise, giving change, and handling tobacco/alcohol .
• Maintain operating cash drawer balances and replenish register inventory.
• Ensure quality food service programs: prepare and present food items, operate coffee station, bakery, deli, and fast‑casual menu.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning the beverage area, and emptying trash.
• Replenish inventory and stock shelves to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Assist fuel store operations: inspect and test pumps, maintain fuel area cleanliness, and record safety checks.
• Follow all safety, security, quality, and store operation policies, procedures, and practices.
• Communicate customer requests and vendor concerns with the management team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by store management.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual handling within specified limits.
• Reliable transportation (own vehicle or access to public transport).
• Prior experience in retail, food service, or fuel store operations is preferred.
• Compliant with all safety standards and willing to use appropriate personal protective equipment.
