Job Description - Overview

Hobby Lobby is seeking organized, customer‑service oriented people to join our team as a Framer. We need enthusiastic individuals who are motivated, responsible, and have the drive to make the most of a career with us. We are an upscale chain that carries a full range of art and craft supplies, as well as home accent, seasonal merchandise, fabric and floral departments.

We sell ready‑made, open‑wood, and custom frames.

We are currently looking for full‑time and part‑time framers. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed on Sundays.

Starting full‑time range: $20.15 – $21.15 per hour
Starting part‑time range: $15.75 – $16.75 per hour

• Ordering supplies
• Ensure department is clean and well stocked
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet all framing deadlines
• Framing art, needlework, and cross‑stitch

• Be knowledgeable with Fine Arts
• Have experience in custom molding for picture framing
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have merchandise display experience
• Possess basic computer skills
• Be trustworthy and dependable
• Provide previous work references
