Retail Sales Associate

Address: 11427 N. Sam Houston Pkwy W. Humble, Texas 77396 – Pay range is based on experience from $11.00/hr to $15.00/hr.

Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker) – responsible for interacting with customers, processing sales, loans, and extensions, and maintaining a welcoming, courteous environment.

Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Advance to the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hour, and continue to progress toward Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager), Store Manager in Training, and Store Manager positions, each with a structured training program.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting in person and by phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions accurately.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
