Day to Day Responsibilities- Manage all daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable, and internal controls
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and preparation of timely and accurate financial statements
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and financial modeling
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and manage external audit and tax engagements
- Support senior management with financial and operational analysis to drive informed decision‑making
- Oversee revenue cycle management and collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance
- Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes
- Healthcare provider accounting experience
- CPA or MBA
- 5+ years accounting leadership experience
- Revenue cycle management
- Financial reporting expertise
- MIS
- MSO / DSO experience
- Multi-location healthcare provider experience
