Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting outreach to potential customers, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and preparing reports related to sales performance and market trends.

The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the chemical, refining, pulp/paper, or energy industry.
  • Has 10+ years of inspection related work experience (Either in operations and/or Business Development).
  • Well-versed with inspection techniques and new technologies.
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
  • Solid background with a reputable company in a leadership position.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
