Industrial Inside Sales

Overview

Industrial Inside Sales — Humble, TX. Pay Rate: $18 - $20 DOE. Shift: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm.

• Technical Sales (technical support, quotations and order processing, including CRM)
• Pro-active sales, follow-ups, pre-qualifications
• Answering calls and emails
• Invoicing and purchase invoicing
• General administration and housekeeping
• Picking, packing, and shipping goods; goods inwards bookings where required; support stock take on an annual basis
• Work towards business objectives, KPIs and individual targets
• Attend training, events and functions when needed
• Accompany external sales on customer visits as and when required

• Previous internal sales / customer service experience is required
• MUST have experience with Hydraulic Hoses
• Technical / engineering knowledge desirable; training will be provided
• Ability to learn product details and apply to customer sales calls
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Familiar with Microsoft Office package and computer literate
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing workloads
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to ensure accuracy
• A strong team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and to use own initiative
• Friendly, productive, and self-motivated
• Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred
