This role blends sales support, client communication, and front‑end lead coordination. You will play an important part in ensuring our customers and incoming opportunities are handled professionally from the very first interaction.
A strong day looks like Client & Office Front Support- Answering incoming company‑wide phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Greeting walk‑in customers and guests
- Directing inquiries quickly to the appropriate team member or department
- Helping ensure no customer or sales opportunity is missed
(While this role includes phone and guest support, it is not intended to be a traditional receptionist position – it is a sales‑focused coordination role.)
Sales Lead Coordination- Managing inbound sales leads and supporting our lead rotation process
- Gathering basic project details, timelines, and customer needs
- Keeping lead information organized and properly assigned
- Learning sign industry terminology, products, and workflows
- Supporting the sales team as you build experience and confidence
- Assisting with follow‑ups, communication, and coordination as needed
- Supporting inbound “ship‑in” work and repeat client orders over time
- Assisting with quoting, job setup, and internal coordination
- Helping build strong relationships that turn clients into repeat customers

Requirements What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional, welcoming presence with clients and coworkers
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable learning new systems and juggling priorities
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team‑oriented
- Desire to learn and grow within a sales‑support environment
- Customer service, inside sales, or coordination experience
- Interest in signage, construction, branding, or fabrication industries
- CRM or sales tracking experience
