Front Desk Sales Associate

D1 Training Atascocita is a high-energy training facility focused on helping athletes and adults become stronger, faster, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales Associate. This is more than a front desk position — this role helps create the atmosphere, energy, and first impression that makes D1 different.

Responsibilities

• Greet athletes, parents, and members as they enter the facility

• Create a welcoming and high-energy environment

• Follow up with leads and help book consultations

• Respond to inquiries through phone, text, and social media

• Support membership sales and facility tours

• Help build strong relationships with members and families

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

• Support day-to-day front desk operations during evening hours

• Sales-minded and motivated to help people take action

• Passion for fitness, sports, or helping others is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Customer service

• Sales or lead follow-up

• Fitness industry experience

• Hospitality, restaurant, or retail experience

Monday–Thursday | 4 PM – 8 PM
Pay: $14-$17 per hour + performance bonuses
