Sales Support Representative

Starting pay rate: $21 per hour, may be higher based on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

• Work with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information and resolve customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use CRM (customer relationship management) and phone system.

• 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Project‑management abilities to support sales initiatives, coordinate timelines, and ensure client follow‑up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with the ability to build relationships.
• Rapid ability to learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range: $18.71–$31.41 per hour (hourly for all roles).

Bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
