We are looking for a Key Account Manager – North America to lead and grow our strategic customer portfolio, driving sustainable sales growth, margin performance, and long-term profitability across the U.S. market.
What you’ll do
- Own and execute the commercial strategy, sales budget, and pricing for key North American accounts.
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators across strategic segments.
- Lead negotiations, quotations, contracts, and new product introductions.
- Coordinate closely with Houston and Lima operations to ensure reliable execution, quality, and delivery.
- Drive business development in Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure.
- Build senior-level customer relationships and act as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Develop forecasts and align commercial commitments with production and supply chain capacity.
What we’re looking for
- 5–7+ years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components.
- Proven track record working with large OEMs or strategic customers in North America.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and pricing skills with cross-border exposure.
- ERP experience (SAP)
- English fluent (required) | Spanish advanced (preferred).
