Sales Representative

Optimum, a leader in telecommunications and media, is hiring a Sales Representative to drive residential and small business growth for internet, TV, mobile, and voice services. In this role, you will prospect and qualify leads, present tailored connectivity and entertainment solutions, and close new accounts while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. You'll conduct in-person and phone-based consultations, explain product features, bundles, and pricing, and guide customers through the order process.

You will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on leads, and partner with local teams to support community-based sales events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers for Optimum services
• Conduct in-person and phone consultations to assess customer connectivity needs
• Present and explain Optimum internet, TV, mobile, and voice packages and pricing
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and timely customer and sales data within CRM systems
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and past prospects to generate new business
• Educate customers on promotions, bundles, and value-added services
• Collaborate with local teams to support community events and on-site sales activities
• Provide a high level of customer service and represent Optimum's brand standards
• Stay current on product updates, competitive offerings, and market trends
