C. Penney -  - Responsibilities:
Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence utilizing CCTV and observations from the sales floor.;
Follows AP Directives and Company policy when making apprehensions and documents all stages.;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft.;
Report suspected fraud and policy infractions to AP and/or Store leadership and maintain records.;
Provide safety-related support and incident documentation; assist with investigations and audits as needed.
