Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access to the property by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying authorization when required, and helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to property contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols
