🏠 Apartment Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified)
Pay: $18 - $19/hr (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Type: Contract-to-Hire

📋 What You'll Do
- Unit Turns: Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (painting, caulking, and minor drywall repair).
- General Repairs: Handle light plumbing (unclogging sinks) and basic electrical (changing light fixtures or switches).
- Community Upkeep: Keep common areas, leasing offices, and parking lots clean and welcoming.
- Service Requests: Respond to resident work orders for appliance troubleshooting and basic hardware fixes.
• What We're Looking For
- Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of tools and how to fix common household issues.
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to support the community.
- Tools: Must own a set of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.).
- Physical Stamina: Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day.
- Experience: Previous apartment or construction experience is a plus, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
