Pay: $25-$26 per hour
We're a fast-growing property management company committed to providing safe, clean, and well-maintained communities for our residents. We're looking for a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee daily maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Lead, train, and support maintenance staff; assign and follow up on work orders
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify repair needs
- Manage inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with property policies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
- Support unit turns to ensure timely move-ins
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- EPA certification preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
