As a Sign Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team by:
- Assisting with daily setup of tools, equipment, and materials
- Reviewing project plans and safety procedures before installs
- Supporting the Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs
- Working on buildings, poles, and various structures
- Anticipating team needs to keep installs efficient and safe
- Following OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (DOE)

RequirementsMust‑Haves:
- Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts or aerial equipment
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Basic math skills and familiarity with power tools
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Ability to read measurements, plans, and instructions
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Prior sign installation or construction experience
