Base Salary $75K + Incentives | Weekly Pay
- Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
- Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
- Manage multiple operations
- Solve problems fast, creatively, and with heart
- Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
- 3+ years logistics/driver management experience
- Fleet operations background
- Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker
- Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA
