Responsibilities- You will define project goals, milestones, and resource plans and align them with key stakeholders to drive strategic progress
- You will identify capacity gaps and process inefficiencies and implement Lean‑oriented improvements to boost operational effectiveness
- You will lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment to ensure project performance and corrective actions
- You will drive standardization initiatives that improve technical documentation and company‑wide processes
- You will translate complex customer specifications into accurate and producible assembly orders, including BOM validation and reserved parts accuracy
- You will act as a key technical contact for Sales, Engineering, and Production to resolve questions on modifications or product features
- You have a degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Technology, or a comparable technical field (Master Technician also considered)
- You have 1–2 years of experience in power‑transformer manufacturing or a similar heavy electromechanical environment
- You have strong proficiency in 2D/3D CAD systems such as AutoCAD or Solid Edge
- You have experience in project management and change‑management methodologies
- You have the ability to interpret complex electrical/mechanical schematics and convert them into production‑ready requirements
- You have business‑fluent English skills and are willing to travel internationally
