Engineering Manager

Bundy Baking Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering for commercial baking equipment and bakeware. You will oversee a team of engineers, drive process improvements, and lead projects to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include managing new equipment implementations, optimizing workflows, supporting R&D on new product designs, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and timelines, and help deliver innovative solutions to global industrial and retail bakery customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing and process engineers.
• Plan and execute engineering projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Support design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and lines.
• Collaborate with R&D on new and improved baking equipment and bakeware designs.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Standardize work instructions, tooling, and workflows across manufacturing.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments.
