Purchasing Manager

Bundy Baking Solutions, a family-owned global leader in industrial baking equipment, pans, and coatings, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead our Purchasing & Procurement and support Supply Chain & Logistics. This role manages sourcing, supplier relationships, and contracts to ensure reliable, cost-effective materials for manufacturing. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics, leveraging ERP/MRP data to optimize inventory and drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing and procurement for manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time, cost-effective supply of materials and services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Bundy Baking Solutions' global manufacturing and supply chain objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service levels with domestic and international suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance, quality, and risk; drive continuous improvement and resolve supply issues.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics to optimize inventory, lead times, and working capital.
• Use ERP/MRP data to forecast demand, analyze spend, and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Support new product introductions by sourcing technical components and materials.
• Coach and develop a small purchasing team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
