Night Shift Bulk Relief Operator Job Humboldt area,Tennessee USA,Manufacturing / Production

Job Summary:

Bongards' Creameries is seeking a Night Shift Bulk Relief Operator based out of our Humboldt facility. The Night Shift Bulk Relief Operator is responsible for assisting the Supervisor, Lead and Machine Operators while following standard operating procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to learn and safely perform all machine operator, general labor positions associated with the bulk line
Provide break coverage to Bulk line crew
Fill in for any and all types of absences or leaves, including Lead person
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Set up equipment for inspection and start up
Ongoing Chemical, GMP and HACCP training
Powered Industrial Truck Training and Certification
Perform sanitation duties as assigned by supervisor
Manage multiple assignments
Work in a safe and proficient manner
Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent Math and Reading skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Strong mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of Powered Industrial Trucks
Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, other Quality guidelines
Must maintain highest quality standards for plant and equipment cleanliness
Must report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs

Schedule:

Night Shift 5:30pm to 6:00am Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday
