Challenges- You perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial machinery to ensure reliable production operations
- You carry out electrical and mechanical repairs, including electro‑mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding work
- You monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to optimize functionality and safety
- You support facility maintenance activities such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and security systems
- You document maintenance activities and manage spare parts and maintenance software updates
- You coordinate and supervise external contractors through job completion
- You work a schedule of Monday – Friday, split shift between 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
- You provide coverage for both 1st and 2nd shift maintenance operations when technicians are out due to scheduled or unscheduled time off
- You have completed technical training or have equivalent professional experience in industrial maintenance
- You bring at least five years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- You have strong electrical and mechanical skills and are familiar with safe work practices and electrical PPE
- You are able to read blueprints and troubleshoot equipment independently
- You are comfortable using computer‑based maintenance systems and standard Microsoft applications
- You are willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation
