Registered Nurse; RN - 2nd Shift - Humboldt, TN

Job Summary

Occupational health nursing is a specialized discipline focused on delivering comprehensive health and safety programs to workers and workplace populations. The practice emphasizes promoting and restoring health, preventing illness and injury, and protecting individuals from work‑related and environmental hazards.

• Conduct medical history and physical assessments to promote health and prevent illness.
• Provide education and guidance to team members on communicable diseases and wellness initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure team members’ safety and recovery.
• Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies to provide first aid and other emergency care, such as CPR, as needed.

• Current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred but not required; new graduates with LPN experience and/or BSN acceptable.
• Occupational Health experience not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with others.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

• Must be able to walk unassisted through the plant, quickly respond to medical emergencies, climb stairs, assess team members swiftly, and perform CPR if required.
• Ensure team members and supervisors follow prescribed modified restricted duty requirements.
• Occasional travel to local clinics or hospitals.

Monday‑Friday 4:00pm‑1:00am with some Saturdays on a rotation schedule. 2ND SHIFT (United States of America).
