• Sell vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Assist the F&I department during peak times, absences, or overflow
• Learn and support F&I processes including product presentations, compliance, and documentation
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive long-term loyalty
• Maintain dealership standards for ethics, professionalism, and compliance

• Prior automotive sales experience required or success in a different sales position
• Strong closing skills and customer-first mindset
• Interest in learning F&I products, compliance, and profitability
• High level of integrity, organization, and attention to detail
