Senior Accountant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the Controller. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who can follow structured processes and work independently to complete time-sensitive filings.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Complete required filings within internal FinCEN software system

+ Follow detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure accurate submission of filings

+ Review financial data and documentation for completeness and accuracy

+ Support the Controller in maintaining compliance with reporting requirements

+ Ensure all work is completed with a high level of precision and attention to detail

Requirements

What You Bring:

+ Background in accounting or finance, with familiarity in accounting terminology

+ Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks independently

+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

+ Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a structured environment

Nice to Have (Not Required):

+ Exposure to regulatory filings or compliance-related work

+ Familiarity with FinCEN or Banking Secrecy Act processes (training will be provided)
