We are a warm, patient-focused, single-doctor private dental practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team one day per week (Tuesday or Wednesday). If you value quality patient care, clinical autonomy, and working with a supportive, family-like team, we'd love to meet you!

Our modern practice is committed to providing exceptional dental care in a comfortable environment using up-to-date technology and equipment. We believe in giving our hygienists the time and support they need to provide outstanding care.

Schedule
  • One day per week: Tuesday or Wednesday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Lunch: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (unpaid)
Patient Scheduling
  • 60-minute recall appointments
  • 75-minute new patient appointments
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and periodontal charting
  • Provide routine prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy as indicated
  • Take digital radiographs
  • Screen for oral cancer and other oral health conditions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive dentistry
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the doctor to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols
  • Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
