The Youth Service Specialist provides exceptional youth services to the community. A committed and creative member of the Youth Services team, the Youth Services Specialist creates and delivers effective programs, provides organizational assistance to the youth team, and assists in developing library youth collections in support of strategic goals.
The full-time (37.5 hours per week) Youth Services Specialist is located at Alexander Family Library and is $14.85/hr the schedule is Monday 11:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. One Sunday a month at East Shore Area Library 9:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional nights and weekends, as needed.
Environmental ConditionsPrimarily work indoors, seated at a desk, using a computer. Travels among facilities. Provides own transportation and is reimbursed accordingly.
