Job Overview

This is a full‑time career opportunity (approx. 40 hours per week) located in the Hummelstown, PA financial center. The role requires ability to work during branch operation hours (no Sundays) and involves providing an exceptional customer experience, facilitating transactions, and referring bank products.

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Accountable for the referral of products and services at the Financial Center. Recognize and demonstrate referral opportunities and build relationships to ensure appropriate products are offered.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and bank policies, including operational, security, and settlement procedures, and identify and mitigate loss.
• Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 6 to 12 months of customer service experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (Preferred).
• Ability to read, understand, and act on compliance programs and policies. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Hourly rate: $17.25 – $24.23.
