Director of FP&A – Hummelstown, PA

We're partnering with a well-established entertainment and hospitality business that's looking for a Director of FP&A to join its finance leadership team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania
.

This is a great opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing business decisions, and helping shape the future of a growing organization. You'll be responsible for leading the FP&A function, providing meaningful commercial insight, and ensuring the business has the financial information it needs to make confident decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process across multiple business units
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis, highlighting trends and recommending actions to improve results
  • Build financial models and evaluate new projects, capital investments, and business initiatives
  • Drive improvements across reporting, forecasting, and finance processes through automation and smarter ways of working
  • Coach and develop a team of FP&A professionals while creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
About You
  • Proven experience leading FP&A or commercial finance within hospitality, entertainment, leisure, tourism, or another multi-site business
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis
  • Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into practical recommendations
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
  • A confident communicator who enjoys partnering with senior leaders across the business
  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and mentoring teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; a CPA, CMA, or MBA would be an advantage
