We're partnering with a well-established entertainment and hospitality business that's looking for a Director of FP&A to join its finance leadership team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania
.

What You'll Do- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process across multiple business units
- Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis, highlighting trends and recommending actions to improve results
- Build financial models and evaluate new projects, capital investments, and business initiatives
- Drive improvements across reporting, forecasting, and finance processes through automation and smarter ways of working
- Coach and develop a team of FP&A professionals while creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Proven experience leading FP&A or commercial finance within hospitality, entertainment, leisure, tourism, or another multi-site business
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis
- Commercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into practical recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
- A confident communicator who enjoys partnering with senior leaders across the business
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and mentoring teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; a CPA, CMA, or MBA would be an advantage
