Position: Home Health Physical Therapist - $80K-120K per year

Home Health Physical Therapist

Residential Home Health and Hospice (‘Residential’), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Position:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 8 hour shift, ongoing. Eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 30 days of employment. Supports patients in Hershey, PA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college (required)
  • Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
  • Minimum of one year healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Low end of the range is the average annual compensation earned based on a fully productive caseload. The high end of the range is reflective of those who exceed productivity.
