Overview
Nova Link Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Contractor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience performing technical work in information technology security and support fields. This is a cross-team position to fulfill duties within our security and help desk teams.
Responsibilities- Provide general technology support.
- Respond to and implement support tickets.
- Assist documenting and managing incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Perform network monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate between security and help desk teams; demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing technical work in information technology security and support fields.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across teams and independently.
