Job Description:
As a Rehab RN
, you’ll care for patients recovering from surgery, stroke, trauma, or other medical conditions that impact mobility and daily function. You'll work alongside physical, occupational, and speech therapists to help patients meet recovery goals and transition to greater independence.

• Deliver direct nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Monitor patient progress and assist with daily mobility and therapy routines
• Administer medications and manage wound care, catheters, and IVs
• Educate patients and families on home care and recovery planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized rehab plans
• Document care and communicate effectively across shifts

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Rehab or Med Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and patient motivation techniques
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
