Shop Leader Mechanic

The H&K Group is seeking a Shop Leader Mechanic to oversee maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment in a fast-paced shop environment. This role leads daily shop operations, assigns work, and performs hands-on diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance on trucks, heavy civil equipment, and support vehicles. The Shop Leader Mechanic ensures safety and quality standards, coordinates parts and vendors, maintains service records, and supports field crews with timely repairs.
