- Huntersville, NC
- First 90 days fully on-site; thereafter 3 days/week in-office required
- This role owns strategic sourcing across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories and is responsible for delivering validated savings, optimizing commercial agreements, and mitigating contractual and operational risk.
- Build and execute category strategies aligned to enterprise financial targets
- Lead complex negotiations and contract redlining efforts
- Develop TCO models and financial analyses to support executive decision-making
- Deliver structured updates to leadership on pipeline performance and value realization
- Drive supplier governance and performance accountability
- This is not a transactional procurement role. It requires executive presence, commercial rigor, and the ability to translate data into strategic outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience
- Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives with measurable financial impact
- Strong contract negotiation and redlining capability
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling and spend analysis experience
- Executive communication and stakeholder influence
- High accountability, grit, and operational intensity
