Responsibilities- Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities.
- Work directly with children and parents daily, providing quality customer service.
- Maintain classroom ratios and resources with support from directors.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
- Communicate with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Handle stressful situations calmly while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations.
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
- 1–3 years of previous experience preferred.
- Completion of state‑required pre‑service training.
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. when handling children and for program facilitation.
- Meets background check eligibility.
