• Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities.
• Work directly with children and parents daily, providing quality customer service.
• Maintain classroom ratios and resources with support from directors.
• Collaborate with other teachers to develop engaging curriculum.
• Communicate with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Handle stressful situations calmly while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• 1–3 years of previous experience preferred.
• Completion of state‑required pre‑service training.
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. when handling children and for program facilitation.
• Meets background check eligibility.
