Telecommunications Specialist

This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. ARTs are part of the regular career civil service and enjoy all the benefits granted to Federal employees in the competitive civil service.

• Serves as the subject matter expert to the Operations Group Commander on issues related to Nuclear and Tactical operations related to CCC.

• Performs limited supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Oversees Communication Security (COMSEC) management and training.
• Provides support to Flight Operations activities for assigned unit.
• Develops and implements CCC control proficiency training and certification programs for CCC, aircrews, augmentees, and others as designated.

This position is with Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command, Department of the Air Force.

The posted pay range is $77983 – $101383/yr.

This position is eligible for telework.

This position requires a Top Secret security clearance.
