Joe Gibbs Racing's AI Group at the Joe Gibbs Human Performance Institute seeks a full-time AI Research Scientist to tackle race-team projects using deep learning, graph neural networks, and transformers. You will collaborate across departments to address data pipelines and model deployment to influence on-track performance.
The role requires MSc/PhD (expected by May 2026) and hands-on experience with PyTorch/PyTorch Geometric; familiarity with Docker and AWS Sage Maker is preferred.
