Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will collaborate daily with your team, Production Manager, and Production team leaders to support plant safety and ensure uninterrupted plant operation. Your primary objectives are as follows:
1. Support Team’s goal of maintaining uninterrupted efficient operation of processing equipment. Achieve 100% plant efficiency.  As assigned, correct machinery jams and malfunctions during operation to ensure equipment are operating at full capacity.  Implement preventative maintenance. As delegated, schedule and track regular inspections of equipment to anticipate failing parts and replace/repair them to ensure zero down time.  Assist in the preparation, installation and startup of new machinery and equipment
2. Safety - Support Plant and Fleet’s zero-incident program.  Report any safety concerns to Chief Engineer or VP Operations  As assigned, perform daily inspection of equipment and tools to ensure they are working properly and safely.
