The ideal candidate:
Project Manager with nuclear power experience managing engineering analysis and NRC licensing activities supporting reactor fuel-cycle extensions, including technical evaluations, licensing basis updates, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional coordination with nuclear engineering teams.
Job Description:
- Strategic Capital Fuel Cycle Extension Program is looking for an experienced project manager to support engineering analysis and licensing to support fuel cycle extensions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of project management experience OR 5 years project management experience with a Bachelors Engineering degree.
- Graduation from a four-year college or university. Proficient in project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters - business (MBA), project management, or equivalent.
- Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMP or CAPM Certification; CMII/Construction Certifications;
Professional Engineer License. Working knowledge to proficiency in project related Scheduling/ Cost Controls. Experience in utility industry. - Knowledge in construction management.
- The Project Manager II may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Senior Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to executive management).
Note:
- Hybrid role:
Meeting onsite at Client's Facility. There is some week-to-week flexibility and if the right candidate is available, the corporate office in Charlotte is an option.
