Asan Entertainment leader, you will work to ensure departmental goals andobjectivesare communicated and implemented by personnel under your supervision. Positions vary on parkwide Entertainmentoperationsand programming ranging from working with the Character Program,Special Event/Festival programming,Technical/Production team, Costumes/Cosmetology team, or even ina Stage Managementcapacitywith the Shows team.

Asaleader,your ability tolead ateam,communication skills, positive attitude,and attention todetailassistus in delivering an excellentguestentertainmentexperiencedaily.

• MaintainassociateschedulesinUKG

• Provideexcellentcustomerserviceforourguests
• Supportingourteamsdailytoproducesuperiorguestentertainmentexperiences
• Resolvesguestandassociateconcernsfollowingproperprotocolsandprocedures
• Communicatewithvariousteamswithinthe Entertainmentdepartmentefficiently&respectfully
• Establishes&maintainsgoodworkingrelationshipswithotherparkdepartmentsandpartners
• Coordinateandcarryoutlogisticsforspecialevents&activationsinparkasassigned
• Accuratelycompletesnecessarydailypaperworkincludingreports,files,andvenuechecklists
• Followsandenforcesallpark &departmentpoliciesandprocedures
• Monitorsandreportssupplyinventorylevelstouppermanagementtoensureadequatesuppliestocompletejobtasks
