Kurz Transfer Products is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist (Tier
1) to be the first point of contact for internal technical issues. You will triage, troubleshoot, manage tickets, and provide user-focused support across hardware, software, and standard enterprise applications.
In a multi-warehouse environment, you will support onboarding/offboarding, manage AD/SAP access, and collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Operations to maintain compliant systems.
