-School Individual Care Nurse

Love working with children and adolescents? Experienced emergency department or urgent care nurse? This is a great opportunity to use your skills outside a clinic or hospital setting.

Seeking an RN to provide individual nursing care for a female adolescent child

• Pay: $42.00 an hour
• Duties: Monitor seizures, administer medication, assist with ADL support, and provide emergency care if needed for severe allergies.
• Schedule: Bell Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:
  
  AM- 2:45 PM:
  Hours vary based on transportation
• Family / Personal Perks: Off Holidays, Weekends, during school breaks and Teacher workdays!

• Must have at least one year of RN experience within the last 3 years
• Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
• Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
• PALS and/or ACLS certification is a plus!

Meet patient at home and ride transportation to school and from school

Accompanying patient to classroom activities

Document on every 2 hours on tablet

Communicate and provide feedback to provider team on care plan and equipment updates
