OUR HIGH VOLUME QUICKLANE DEPT HAS AN OPENING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ADVISOR TODAY.

Huntersville Ford wouldn’t be the industry leader we are without our successful service sales team. We are seeking a quality service salesperson / advisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a desire to win and enjoys working with people. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and communication skills, and someone with a presence who can showcase excellent customer service.

• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships with customers
• Sell additional work or needed maintenance
• Maintain a high customer experience score
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and maintenance penetration quotas
• Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
• Occasionally schedule follow up service appointments

• Dealership and/or aftermarket service advisor experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone, computer and organizational skills
• Experience in dealing with customer objections
• Ability to analyze opportunities and read situations well
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background check, driving record check, and drug screening.

• Ford experience
• CDK experience
